This is Kisino. Can I create a new clan called the Giaski. They are a very isolated clan. They have a special ability in their eyes just like the Uchiha and the Hyuga clans. Its called Giass. It allows the user to cause paralysis in the victims body only with direct eye contact. And it can also see chakra. It can see the victims feelings. It can also cause a victim to see hallucinations at the users will with direct eye contact. Main elements are water and lightning.The clan lives in the leaf village, is excellent with animals, and are excellent when it comes to things like genjutsu skills. They are have a mysterious past not to many know about. Nbody really talks about it. They are close with nature.

Sounds like this clan spends lots of time mastering its bloodline

I think your clan gives you much more abilaties than a real kekkei genkia should.

Your clan unapproved if you want to make another one do so but make it far next time but if you do not make a clan just choose a stardard naruto clan please.

History:(Well detailed but i dont want a novel) History- One of Ren's ancestors was a Hyuuga. This Hyuuga decided that the clan's life was not fit for his style towards the coldness of the clan... Decindingly, he left the clan, and fell in love with a mysterious woman with the last name "Mizuki." After long thoughts the Ex-Hyuuga decided to adopt this name and the family grew with generatons. Though after many generations, all but 1 Mizuki was killed in a rogue ninja storm, with a mysteriously powerful snow storm. The ruins of the clan's home consists of charred houses, blood-stained snow(which is still there after many years), but no dead bodies.

It cant be 7-tailed because of the tailed beast and also there is no demons on this forum. You make it where the white tiger is summoned shared among the clan.
